thtr 390: international telepresence workshop

Collaborate with British students in a real-time digital setting! Using Bertolt Brecht’s play Life of Galileo, students will explore the use of telepresence in a cross-cultural learning environment. For Summer Session credit or simply for the highly unique experience, the International Telepresence Workshop (THTR 390) will let you explore new frontiers of the classroom.

THTR 201: Theatre Appreciation

Theatre Appreciation provides an understanding and appreciation of the theatre’s role in the modern world, dramatic structure and analysis, the actor, director, designer, and critic, class discussion of production elements. This course satisfies a CLA (Aesthetics) or University (Humanities) Core Requirement.

Course dates: May 15 - June 6; M,T, W, TH @ 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
